If you would like to make a return for any reason, we will happily accept any unused items in sellable condition received within 30 days of their original purchase.

Please contact us through our contact page or by email at support@parsbee.com to request a return authorization and instructions for your return.

When we receive the items back, we will refund your account. We do not refund shipping charges, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. Orders that shipped free will have the shipping charges deducted from the order total before refund is processed.

You will receive an email when we process your refund. Due to the nature of credit card processing it can then take anywhere from 1-4 business days for the refund to show in your account.

Exchanges

You may exchange an item, as long as it is worth the same dollar amount as the initial purchase, although additional shipping and handling charges will apply. 

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

If the items received were damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will refund your original shipping and return shipping charges. We will also ask your participation in helping us determine the extent and root cause of this issue so that we can educate ourselves and continuously improve our process for our customers’ benefit.

If unreported within 30 days, your order will be considered complete, correct, and in good condition.
